These terms are an agreement between you and TableauOps. They cover the ext·host service at ext.tableauops.com, the Tableau extensions we publish (including on the Tableau Exchange), and the Extension Kit. Using any of them means you accept these terms.
Extensions we publish (such as the Radial Spike Chart) are free to use in your own workbooks and dashboards, including commercially. Don't remove our attribution, rebrand them, or republish them as your own. An extension may be updated at the hosted URL at any time; the manifest you install always points at the current version.
The Extension Kit and other paid products are sold through Gumroad; the price and sale terms shown at checkout govern the purchase. A license key is for the buyer's use and isn't transferable once redeemed.
ext·host is early software, provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and while we take care with your data we can't promise zero downtime or zero data loss, keep your own copy of anything you upload. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for free accounts is nothing.
You can stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts and hosted extensions that violate these terms, where practical we'll tell you why.
